Here, at the training experienced food technologists would educate the participants about various factors that affect the hygiene of the end product from the farm to the consumers. Also, a thorough overview of the various equipment, tools and systems to help maintain hygiene and safety along with various provisions of the Food Safety Act of 2006 are imparted to the participant during the training.
