Certified Scrum Trainer ® (CST), Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner ® (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master ® (CSM)

I'm a strong believer of the fact that human beings are born with a trait to inspect and adapt. Human beings collaborate well in small herds. So I believe that any activity (software development, coaching or training) is highly effective when done with smaller teams, hands on than taking on an enterprise. I had privilege to sit next to customer and develop software to solve their problems 30 minutes into my first job. So I strongly believe in collaborating with customer's to build simple and valuable products rather than building sophisticated fancy products. I'm an active Product Owner and the current Product that me and my team are building is related to Agile Scrum Product Development.

I have over 17 years of experience in developing software in various roles such as a Programmer, Release Engineer, Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach but every role focused on the value being created for the end user.

I also believe that the learning never ends so I co-learn by facilitating the following workshops

o Agile Foundations
o Software Development using Scrum
o Advanced Skills for Scrum Master
o Agile Planning and Estimation
o Agile Project Management using JIRA+GreenHopper
o Collaboration Tools for Agile [GreenHopper, JIRA, Jenkins, Crcible, FishEye etc]
o Software Configuration Management for Agile Teams

I'm open to co-train with candidate CSTs. However, I have few expectations out of canidates before we plan to co-train and here they are:

  1. Participate in PlayScrum meetups so that I can meet you in person to understand you, your purpose of becoming a CST and your experience and thoughts on Scrum.
  2. Present a topic and coach people on their day to day issues in couple of the PlayScrum meetups. You can find the meetup schedules here:
  3. Observe couple of my workshops so that you understad how I run the workshop

If our thought process match and I feel that you can train the participants of my class, you can certiainly co-train as many as you like.
