More than 20years of experience in software industry with opportunity to work for clients across the globe, on projects under various sectors such as Banking, Finance, Telecommunication, US Tax collection, e-Commerce and web security. Have managed development and implementation of credit/debit card Verified By Visa(VbV) authentication system which has been adopted globally since year 2001. I enjoy working with emerging technologies and have experienced the evolution of software development from Waterfall to Agile and now SAFe.

I’m excited about SAFe and DevOps because they call for a cultural shift at the organization level and their principles can be applied to each and every department to create a highly coordinated organization that delivers greater value to its customers.

Co-founded Bookmytrainings.com with 2 partners in 2011. Have closely worked with other co-founders to create a technology platform that helps working professionals choose right training & certification courses towards their career growth. The architecture and technology of the portal have taken shape under my supervision. It is backed by powerful CRM engine and monitoring tools to ensure business continuity. Bookmytrainings has supported more than 200 corporate clients through innovative training interventions.

Senior Consultant (Professional Services Group) at Arcots Systems, Inc, Santa Clara(USA) (1.5Years)
Worked with Arcot system(acquired by CA Technologies in 2010) as a Senior Consultant representing Majesco Software. Arcot provides Key Building Blocks for Online Fraud Prevention, Strong Authentication and e-Document Security. As a part of Professional services, I was mostly involved in facilitating implementation of Verified By Visa (VBV) authentication system on merchant sites as well as sites of member banks. I visited various merchant sites (mostly in USA & countries of Asia Pacific region) for system study and for helping integration of VBV with the merchant websites

Senior Consultant, MajescoMastek, USA (3.5 years)
As a representative of MajescoMastek, worked with various US counties. Was involved in system study, communication of specifications with the offshore development team in India and facilitating implementation of Tax Collection Software. The tax collection software was developed in partnership with CPS Systems, Inc. Also represented Majesco onsite at AT&T and Arcot Systems, Inc. 

Senior Software Engineer  (2.5 years)
Initially, worked in the core development team(offshore) building Customer Relationship Management software for the IPB(International Personal Banking) and GCB(Global Consumer Banking) of Citibank, Singapore.
Was Onsite Consultant for system implementation & enhancements involving direct client interaction for fresh requirements.
