Scaled Agile Framework's SAFe® Practitioner (SP) Training, Certification Courses

A SAFe® 4 Practitioner (SP) is a skilled professional who is a high-performing member of Agile Release Train (ART). They are also capable of effective collaboration with other teams. The course for becoming a practitioner is a two-day session where you would get to know various details of ART, how it is able to deliver value and the ways by which you can put Kanban, Scrum and XP to best use. This course will enable you to write stories, strategise and execute iterations, write about break down features and ideate Program Increments. Participants would also learn about how to ensure continuous delivery, DevOps culture, integrating with other teams and the means by which the train can be improved. If you attend the class, you would be able to sit for the exam and become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
